Industrial Application Solutions
Natural corrosion resistance · Strong adhesion · Military-grade quality
Raw lacquer is nature's gift to industry: once urushiol forms a film it resists acid, alkali, salt spray and high temperature, and outperforms ordinary synthetic coatings in adhesion and ageing behaviour. From the lacquered coffin at Mawangdui to the hulls of modern ships, anti-corrosion capability proven over eight thousand years is being rediscovered in industrial settings.
But industrial lacquer is not as simple as buying a drum of raw lacquer: different working conditions call for different urushiol content and drying curves, and different substrates call for different surface preparation. Our industrial application solution uses a four-step method — selection, testing, adaptation, supply — to turn the properties of natural raw lacquer into a coating solution that runs reliably on the customer's production line.
Anti-corrosion performance proven over eight thousand years, applied to today's industrial protection problems.
A complete path from requirement to delivery, with standards, records and traceability at every step.
Selection proposals drawn up against actual working conditions, covering anti-corrosion, rust prevention and decoration.
Full coating process documentation, from substrate preparation to drying conditions.
Samples available for trial, with a third-party test report for every batch.
Supply under an annual framework agreement, underwritten by lacquer grove capacity, with stable delivery times.
Lacquer coating for titanium cups, vacuum flasks and metalware — from sampling to contract finishing.
Lacquer is not only for wood. With the right surface preparation and primer system, natural lacquer bonds reliably to titanium, stainless steel and aluminium, giving a warmth and a texture that synthetic coatings cannot reproduce. As titanium cups, flasks and metal stationery become branded objects, this old craft has found new work.
We offer metal-goods manufacturers a full service from finish selection and sampling through to contract finishing. Available effects include stone-grain, cloth-ground gold, Negoro, seigaiha wave, brush-coat and paper-onlay; the number of steps, lead time and unit price depend on the effect and the volume.
Recommend viable effects and process routes by form, use case and budget
Surface preparation, primer matching and drying control, with abrasion and water resistance data
A sample piece to confirm feel and texture, then a pilot run to verify yield
Batch coating to the sealed standard, batch samples retained, NDA available
